Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Access Control: Meet and greet arriving patients, check them in, and ensure only authorized staff enter the restricted theatre department.
- Schedule Management: Generate, print, and distribute the daily emergency and planned theatre lists for surgeons and nurses.
- Patient Pathway Admin: Build patient packs, file post-operative notes, and coordinate follow-on bookings.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, timely updates on the hospital’s Care Records System (CRS) or digital booking platforms while strictly preserving patient confidentiality.
- Departmental Coordination: Handle telephone calls, page portering or sterile services when urgent needs arise, and order department stationery.
- Must be good with eminence, billing and fund allocation .

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a medical practice administration role
- Experience in medical claims processing & billing
- Strong knowledge of medical aid claims
- Understanding of ICD-10 & procedure coding
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Computer Literacy MS Excel & Eminance
