Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) processes in line with the Life-Saving Rules and ensure stakeholder compliance.
- Coach and support retailers to raise on-site operational excellence and customer perception of product quality.
- Drive the “People Make the Difference Real” approach through visible leadership, coaching, reward and performance management of retailers.
- Use available tools (Navigator, TM Sales Report, etc.) to manage and improve site performance.
- Implement the Dealer-Owned Retail Value Proposition bundle where applicable.
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection of strong retailers on the company-owned platform.
- Meet territory targets for Total Fuels, Convenience Retail and Lubricants volumes, as well as cost targets.
- Act as a role model for Vivo Energy’s core values within the retail team.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Sales or territory-management experience, preferably in fuels, FMCG or retail.
- Strong coaching, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
