TEMPORARY PROCUREMENT OFFICER – Namibia Training Authority

Duty Station: Valombola VTC (VVTC)
Reporting to: Head: Finance and Administration
Purpose: To manage the procurement function at the VTC.

Key Performance Areas
• Purchase Request Administration
• Secretarial Function to Bid Evaluation Committees
• Purchasing/Application of Procurement Methods
• Vendor Database Management

Qualifications and Experience
• A National Diploma in Logistics and Chain Supply Management or equivalent
qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 6).
• Three (3) years’ relevant experience in the Procurement Industry.
• Experience in Public Procurement Act and Regulations will be an added advantage
