Key Responsibilities

Handle orders and queries originated by telephone, e-mail or the sales representative
Deal with all corporate and private customers on a daily basis
Do cold calls to potential and existing customers
Achieve monthly allocated GP budget target
Work in a team and assist co-employees on the floor if needed
Administer all orders and queries accurately and timeously
Participate in stock counts
Promote the Waltons Brand in a professional manner

Requirements

Grade 11 Certificate with 20 points in 6 subjects
2 Years sales / telesales experience. Knowledge of stationery, office furniture and computer consumables will be an advantage
Must be able to perform under pressure.
Self-disciplined – can work independently
Willing to work Saturdays
Computer literate
Must be able to work accurately with strong administrative skills
Must have good & effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Other local Namibian languages will be an advantage
