SUPERINTENDENT: PLANNING AND RELIABILITY (X1) PERMANENT

A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or asset management is typically expected. You will oversee maintenance planning schedules, analyze equipment failure data, and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and maintenance teams, managing CMMS systems, and leading root cause analysis investigations. You will also mentor planners and reliability engineers while reporting on key performance indicators to senior management.

Punctuality, detailed documentation, and compliance with safety regulations are non-negotiable expectations.
