Managing relationships with QKR Navachab Mine HOD’s
Managing and reporting on cost per ton on machines
Coaching and Mentoring Site Personnel
WIP/Debtor management
Managing information on Sales C4C
Managing of Product Support Team on QKR Navachab Mine
Attending mine production meetings

Requirements

Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a Trade Diploma (National Vocational Certificate / NQF3)
At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in a Service/ Product Support department
Minimum 3 – 5 years management experience in the Customer interface
Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based & participative environment
Business development skills and knowledge
Sound business and financial acumen
Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes
Sound employee relations skills
Sound MS Office knowledge and reporting skills
Sound business communication and presentation skills
Comprehensive Site Manager training
Problem solving and innovation/ creativity skills
Networking and Organisational awareness
Willing to travel as and when required
Code of Conduct not older than 6 months
