Key Responsibilities

Dispatch goods from the warehouse.
Ensure stock is stored in the correct locations.
Allocate the correct stock to the relevant cages.
Ensure all picking activities are completed and picked goods are dispatched from the warehouse.
Inform the Dispatch Supervisor of the daily weight of stock picked.
Conduct daily pallet counts.
Submit daily reports on stock switches, shortages, and surpluses to the Warehouse Manager.
Conduct daily hotline spot checks.
Verify and sign off on discrepancies recorded on picking slips.
Execute daily pick runs within agreed parameters and timeframes.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with ad hoc administrative functions as required.
Assist with stocktaking at CIC.

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics.
Computer literacy with excellent keyboard operating skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Namibian citizenship (a certified copy of an identity document or passport is required).
Valid police clearance certificate.
