SALES CONSULTANT – Rudy Agritactic MACHINES

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating sales and managing the entire sales cycle, from lead to after-sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Handle escalated client issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to management.
• Track KPIs such as sales volume, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and client retention.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes, tools, and systems.
• Collaborating with the workshop teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
• Safeguard company information, pricing structures, and client data.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working as a sales person.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Namibian Citizen.
• Previous experience working with farming machinery will serve as an advantage.
