Purpose of the Position

Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to source and develop new business relationships for the Bank and involves developing a strong pipeline of new clients through direct or indirect contact to ensure the sustainable growth of the loan book.

Key Performance Areas

• Acquisition of new agricultural loans
• Loan book growth
• Compilation and maintenance of sales action plans to increase sales
• Advisory services on financial products and services

• Customer Relationship Management
• Ad hoc Administrative Duties

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have at

least a Degree in Marketing or Agricultural related fields.

• 4 years relevant work experience of which 2 years should have been in Credit//Banking will be added advantage
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Computer literate.
• Working knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
