Key Responsibilities

Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating loyalty to our products and promoting them both in-store and at various outdoor events.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly gross profit targets.
Participate in and represent the company at outdoor events.
Provide product demonstrations, educate customers on the safe use, maintenance, and handling of firearms and outdoor equipment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Stay current with the latest industry trends.
Ensure compliance with firearms regulations and company policies.
Assist with inventory management.

Requirements

Namibian citizenship.
Grade 11 (New curriculum) or Grade 12 (Old curriculum).
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail related experience.
Product knowledge (Arms, Ammunition, Camping & Outdoor) is strongly required.
A valid Code B driver’s license.
Proficiency in English.
Computer literacy (MS Office; Enterprise Resource Planning system experience an added advantage).
