Key Responsibilities
- Proactively promote a relationship-based offering through a primary point of contact, which meets the client expectations by providing personalized financial solutions in line with the client value proposition.
- Advises customers on lending product selection, by offering solutions suited to their specific needs.
- Analyze customers’ financial behavior, current product holding and short to long term financial needs to identify sales opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the bank and the customer.
- Conduct ongoing client reviews and ensures effective client service and delivery of own portfolio financial objectives.
- Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Finance, Sales)
- 5-7 years’ experience.
- Experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (i.e., proven sales track record in the financial services industry.)
