Key Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple branches, ensuring the effective management of all operations, sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Customer Service: Ensure continuous training of branch staff on customer service best practices and company policies to maintain high service standards
- Ensures that all branches maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintenance and comply with health and safety regulations

- Oversees the financial performance of all branches, ensuring budgets are met and costs are controlled
- Monitors the effectiveness of promotional campaigns in each branch, ensuring consistency in execution and alignment with the company’s marketing strategy
- Guides Branch Managers in optimizing store layouts to enhance the impact of promotions and drive sales
- Compiles and presents comprehensive reports on regional performance, including sales, inventory, customer service, and financials, to the GM
- Ensures effective communication of company policies, operational changes, and other relevant information to Branch Managers and their teams
Requirements
- Valid Code B driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- 8 years experience in a middle management role, preferably within the retail or supermarket industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that drive regional success. Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving regional goals.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across the region.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate and manage change in a dynamic retail environment.
- Requires an understanding of the theoretical or systematic components of Retail Operations.
