Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record and distribute incoming correspondence and documents
- Prepare and deliver agendas for council meetings
- Taking Minutes during meetings
- Handle enquiries and refer callers to the appropriate department or office
- Maintain the reception area and ensure that visitors are attended to promptly
- Provide administration and typing support as required
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- A Diploma in Office Administration/ Business Administration or any other related field
- 1 year’s experience in reception or front office administration
- Sound interpersonal relations skills, Good administrative skills, customer service, computer literacy, discretion when working with confidential documents/information.
- Computer Literate, particularly Microsoft Office
