Duty Post: Okahandja
Will be the first point of contact for our company and is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. Their duties Include:
- Providing assistance directly to customers.
- Answer phones and take messages
- Respond to emails and managing mail correspondence
- Greet clients and visitors
- Processing daily invoices to customers
- Taking customers’ orders and keeping track records of dispatched orders.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
- Grade 12 and a proper administration qualification
- Have at least 2 years’ working experience with reputable references.
- Excellent wntten and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Exceptional Computer skills and good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Pastel
- Good telephonic and reception skills
- Minute taking skills
- Team player
- Good lime-management skills
- Great Interpersonal and customer-oriented mind
