Duty Post: Okahandja

Will be the first point of contact for our company and is responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations in an office setting. Their duties Include:

• Providing assistance directly to customers.
• Answer phones and take messages
• Respond to emails and managing mail correspondence
• Greet clients and visitors
• Processing daily invoices to customers
• Taking customers’ orders and keeping track records of dispatched orders.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

• Grade 12 and a proper administration qualification
• Have at least 2 years’ working experience with reputable references.
• Excellent wntten and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Exceptional Computer skills and good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Pastel
• Good telephonic and reception skills
• Minute taking skills
• Team player
• Good lime-management skills
• Great Interpersonal and customer-oriented mind
