Rundu Medical Practice Radiology is expanding their services and are urgently seeking to employ suitably qualified professionals in the following position: RADIOGRAPHER
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and safely positioning patients to get the most accurate images
- Perform general X-ray, Mobile, C-Arm, CT, and Mammography examinations to the highest standard
- Analyze and reporting the results of x-rays to Doctors
- Produce good quality diagnostic images whilst keeping the radiation dose as low as is reasonably practicable (ALARA)
- Ability to perform sonography will be an added advantage
- Prioritizing patients to complete all scheduled appointments and allow for emergency procedures
Requirements
- Registered with HPCNA
- Bachelors/ Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience on similar positions
- Computer Literacy added advantage
- Previous clinical experience in private Sector will be an added advantage
- Independently work in Radiology Department
