Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of professional counselling experience.
* Registered with the Health Professions Council of Namibia (HPCNA) as a Psychological Counsellor.
* Proficiency in English and Afrikaans. Fluency in at least one other local language with be an added advantage.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to own transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
* Assess clients’ emotional, psychological, and behavioural concerns.
* Develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
* Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
* Deliver and create high-quality presentations and workshops.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organisations.
* Stay up to date with developments in the field of psychology and counselling.
* Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
