Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers and provide appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients.
• Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
• Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
• Ensure the development, alignment, and implementation of end-to-end process within area of accountably for continued process improvement.
• Understand the nuances of servicing foreign national clients, navigating residency-related account requirements with ease.
• Travel flexibly and manage a dynamic schedule to meet the demands of foreign national clients.

Requirements

• Have a relevant Business, Commerce or Banking qualification.
• Possess 5 to 7 years’ experience in Private Banking, Business Banking, Relationship Banking, Wealth Management or a similar financial services environment.
• Have strong knowledge of banking products, lending, credit, fiduciary services, investments, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to acquire, grow and retain profitable client relationships.
• Have exceptional relationship-building, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Have experience managing affluent or high-value client portfolios within a relationship banking environment.
• Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own reliable transport, with the ability to travel as required.
• Demonstrate an ability to navigate complex financial needs and solutions for both resident and non-resident clients.
