Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client support while maintaining a customer-centric approach across the Platinum, Private Clients and Private Wealth segments?
- Support Premium Private Bankers in managing and growing client portfolios through efficient operational, administrative and client servicing activities?
- Manage client requests, queries and follow-ups efficiently while ensuring exceptional turnaround times and service delivery?
- Prepare accurate client documentation, portfolio information and reports to support informed business and client decisions?
- Coordinate lending, securities, account maintenance and other banking processes while ensuring compliance with governance and operational requirements?
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, deepen customer relationships and support portfolio growth across the Premium business?
- Understand client needs and proactively support banking, lending and investment solution opportunities to strengthen FNB as the client’s primary banking partner?
- Apply sound knowledge of banking processes, compliance, risk and operational requirements while maintaining high service standards?
- Demonstrate strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills while supporting multiple Relationship Managers and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Private Bankers, branch teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end client servicing?
- Work independently, communicate professionally and take ownership of delivering operational excellence while contributing to the continued success of the Premium business?
Requirements
- Have a Grade 12 certificate (25 points minimum). An appropriate Business Qualification, Commerce Degree or Banking-related qualification will be an added advantage.
- Have 2 to 4 years’ experience in a client-facing or banking support environment, preferably within Private Banking, Relationship Banking, Business Banking or Wealth Management.
- Possess sound knowledge of banking products, operational processes, compliance, risk management and customer servicing principles.
- Demonstrate strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Have experience supporting Relationship Managers and servicing affluent or high-value clients within a fast-paced banking environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and banking systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality service.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the growth and success of the Premium business.
