Organization Name: AGILITY ORTHOPAEDIC CENTRES. Job Titles: x1 Physiotherapist (Windhoek Office) x1 Physiotherapist (Swakopmund Office). This is a full time role and the successful candidate may be required to work after-hours and occasional weekend shifts, to support patient care and practice operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
Provide rehabilitation for patients with orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions
Implement manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home-based rehabilitation exercises
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution
Registration with the Health Professions Council of Namibia (HPCNA) as a Physiotherapist
5-10 years’ relevant clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation
Exposure to sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Experience in a private practice or hospital environment
