Opportunity | Duty Description
Collect, prepare, and process monthly payroll input timeously.
Update and proper record keeping of all payroll information.
Ensure PAYE is accurately calculated, reconciled, and reported on as required by statute.
Process employee benifit transactions
Ensure all staff queries are addressed timeously and effectively.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)
Grade 12 with mathematics and accounting.
Diploma in Accounting or related field
Minimum five (5) years experience on VIP premier HR/PAYROLL System.
Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office).
Experience on the TIME and the Attendance system will be an added advantage.
Experience obtained from the mining industry or continuous operation will be an added advantage.
Ability to meet deadlines, produce work of high standards, and organize and prioritize workload effectively.
Effective and efficient communication skills.
High level of integrity and the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Valid code 08 driver’s license.
