To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times.
To maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment.
To maintain a satisfactory parts service to other dealership departments.
To sell the maximum amount of parts to trade and retail customers.
To monitor sales to ensure due emphasis is placed on selling most profitable lines.
To ensure the sale of all necessary items to support customers’ requirements.
To ensure that discounts given are in accordance with company policy.
To ensure stock levels are in accordance with budget.
To maintain direct liaison with manufacturers, suppliers and major customers.
To ensure clarity of communication throughout department and, especially with customers.
To ensure that all weekly/monthly returns are made promptly and accurately.

Opportunity | Duty Requirement(s)

5 years prior experience in Parts department
5 years prior experience on a managerial level
Grade 12
Computer literate in MS Office
Computer literate in Automate will be an added advantage
Knowledge of inventory control practices
Attention to detail
Excellent communication & sales skills
Mathematical skills
Able to resolve practical problems
Able to work under stress and to motivate staff
