Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel loading and discharge operations.
- Liaise with agents, terminals, stevedores, transporters and customers.
- Monitor cargo flow, schedules and operational performance.
- Resolve delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
- Support customer service, reporting and cost control.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or terminal operations.
- Experience in bulk and/or breakbulk vessel operations.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export processes.
- Must be a Namibian Citizen.
