GC Medical is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and support efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the office, including administration, filing, office supplies and service providers.
- Coordinate the full order process from quotations and purchase orders through to delivery, installation and invoicing.
- Manage customer and system pricing according to registered list pricing and NAPIT codes.
- Lead and support the Sales and Marketing team.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers on orders, pricing, lead times and shipments, including import, freight and customs clearance.
- Manage expiring stock and inventory control of equipment, devices and consumables.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders and quotations for public and private healthcare clients.
- Support the financial administration of the business.
- Handle HR administration, such as leave records, staff files and onboarding.
- Keep records, registrations and supplier documentation up to date to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
- Identify ways to improve systems, workflows and efficiency across the business.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the Directors.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an operations or management role.
- Strong knowledge of office administration, procurement, inventory and supplier management.
- Experience in pricing, quotations and tender processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
