Office Administrator: Ongwediva

JOB PURPOSE
To perform office administration functions. Maintains the Petty Cash, Assets, debt collection, handling cash and assist with sales.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Perform general administrative and secretarial duties
• Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients or to provide information
• Debt collection
• Petty cash management
• Receipts management
• Assets and inventory management
• Assist with Sales and invoicing

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma [NQA Level 6] in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Two (2) years relevant working experience
• Experience in Sales and Marketing will be added advantage
• A code 08 driver’s license is an added advantage

• Good command of the English language and any other local language
