Requirements

Nurse Practitioner, Registered with the Health Professional Council of Namibia
A Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, or Diploma in Nursing Science (DNS).
Namibian Citizen or permanent Resident
Fluency in English (good oral and written communication skills) any other language – an added advantage.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills, should be able to liaise with Multidisciplinary Team, Patients and Hospital Staff.
Cultural awareness, to give complete, patient-centered care.
Demonstration of interest and focus on the achievements of the Mission and Vision of Roman Catholic Hospital/ Church
Adherence to the Guiding Principles of the Roman Catholic Hospital/Church.
A commitment to uphold the Christian ethos and values of the RC Hospital/Church
Demonstration of qualities of a spiritual leader
Active member of a recognized Christian Church (CCN member churches)
