• To ensure registered staff members submit their applications for professional licences and pay the required fees.
• This licence must be acquired before the 20th of March 2026 to maintain lawful practice status.

Requirements

• All required documents or information must be submitted with the application form.
• Proof of payment of the application fee must be provided.
• Compliance with Regulations relating to fees payable to the Council.
• In terms of section 43(7), any registered person who clinically examines, treats a patient, or provides health care services is required to acquire a licence to practise his or her profession.
