NON-FOODS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – METRO NAMIBIA

This is an end-to-end Management Role, responsible for ensuring that all Non-Foods /
Hardware operations within the store are executed and optimized in accordance with
Company standards, while delivering a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.

Job Description:

• Handle Daily Responsibilities that come with Managing a branch.
• Ensure that the Company Policy and Procedures are Upheld and Adhered to.
• Ensure that Effective and Efficient Customer Service is carried out.
• Oversee Store Layout.
• Liable for the Store Admin.
• Dealing with Customer Queries.
• Implementing Strategies to Increase sales.
• Maintaining Store Standards.
• Managing Staff Performance.

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent. A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ Retail Management experience, essential.
• A Team player, with good Communication Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Must be energetic and able to cope with the long hours.
• Ability to Manage a Retail store across boundaries.
• Computer Literate.
• Knowledge in Industrial Relations.
• Namibian Citizen.
