Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all-round administration, HR, and finance administration.
- Maintain accurate records for administrative, HR, and finance functions.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Update and allocate daily transactions on cashbooks.
- Conduct auditing and fact-checking of financial information.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Update daily expense files.
- Process data and payments.
- Ensure accounts received for payment are correct and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain both digital and physical financial records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and administration.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field.
