Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and store plant downtime systems with data, daily, weekly and monthly reports of plant availability, utilization and maintenance scheduling
Maintain plant inventory tracking (carbon solution, bullion)
Design, implement, and continuously improve operator log sheets and control room reporting
Standardize shift log sheets (Daily plant report formats | Data capture procedure across all plant areas)
Support technical reporting to senior management and area managers

Requirements

Grade 12
Bachelors degree in Metallurgy or Process Engineering
5-8 years relevant experience in a similar role
A valid driver’s license
Professional Certificate in Metal Account
Advanced Excel & Power BI
Metal accounting software experience
Data analysis capability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
