Key Responsibilities

• Full oversight of all merchandisers nationwide
• Ensure merchandisers are on time, present daily, and at the correct stores
• Monitor performance and ensure all duties are carried out correctly
• Ensure maximum brand exposure in-store
• Maintain neat, well-packed, and correctly displayed shelves
• Support sales representatives with in-store promotions and stock movement
• Identify opportunities to improve merchandising standards and execution
• Lead, motivate, and manage merchandising teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ retail experience
• Valid driver’s license (essential)
• Strong people-management and communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Creative thinker with the ability to introduce new ideas and improvements
• Organized, reliable, and results-driven
