Opportunity| Duty Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, driven, and customer-focused Merchandiser with a strong ability to ensure product visibility and increase brand awareness within our client base.

Key performance Areas:
Merchandise all stock delivered in the allocated shops
Respond to customer requests and maintain relationships to support selling activities
Ensure that products are clean and displayed according to standard layouts
FIFO stock rotation and minimize expired stock situations, by regular checks on expiry dates and communication to superiors
Remove any damaged/expired stock from the shelf and report to the Supervisor
Execute perfect service – ensure that shops are sufficiently stocked, goods are priced correctly and that the prices are displayed correctly
Execute promotional displays
Keep stock clean and organized at all times

– give attention to detail and deadlines
– have good planning, organizational, time management & innovative skills
– Be courteous, friendly and helpful with all customers.
– Maintain a clean and neat appearance when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
– Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
– Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Other Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Uninterrupted prior employment of at least 3 years in a similar role
Good communication skills, both written and oral, in English & Afrikaans
At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG Retail environment
