What career progression opportunities exist for MLE Operators in Namibia?
With experience, you can advance to Category 2 or 3 operator roles handling heavier equipment, or move into supervisory positions like team leader or safety officer. Some operators transition to equipment maintenance, training, or logistics coordination roles within Namport or private terminal operators.
