MANAGER: OMARURU BRANCH
The successful incumbent will be based in Omaruru and report to the
Operations Manager: Retail & Wholesale.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Takes ultimate responsibility for all
aspects of branch management
• Accountable for sales, gross profit
and net profit
• Responsible for management of
stock: availability, short and excess
stock
• Controls costs (general expenses)
• Manages clients and ensures
customer satisfaction
• Ensures effective and efficient people
management and development
• Handles the shop in general
(shopping experience, facility
management)
• Minimises debtors’ days outstanding
• Effectively manages specials and
promotions
QUALIFICATIONS AND
ATTRIBUTES:
• Namibian citizenship
• A Grade 12 Certificate
•A business related degree will be an
advantage
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in
retail management
• Proficiency in English & Afrikaans
(written & spoken)
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
•A valid driver’s license
