Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent Certificate and Bachelor’s Degree at NQF Level 7 in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration/Management or Human Resources Management or Equivalent
- Five (5) experience years in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration/Management or Human Resources Management, of which at least three (3) years should be in supervisory capacity.
- Sound managerial ability, Sound Financial Management knowledge, Sound Human Resources Management knowledge, Sound analytic and reasoning ability, Sound interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Must be computer literate to work with micro-software programs especially spread sheet
- No Criminal Record (attach a certified copy of Certificate of Conduct not older than 6 months)
- Must be a Namibian Citizen
- Valid code B Driver’s License
