Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems, infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software.
Ensure compliance with Minor Hotels IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems.
Relevant professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA, Cybersecurity, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Information Technology, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is preferred.
Experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and business-critical systems.
Proven experience supporting hospitality applications, including PMS, POS, finance, gaming, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and guest-facing technologies.
Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, disaster recovery planning, and project implementation.
Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, data protection, and information security practices.
