Duty Station: Rundu VTC (RVTC)
Reporting to: Head of Finance and Administration
Purpose: To provide an effective HR service to the VTC in conjunction with the Head of Finance and Administration.
Key Performance Areas
• Recruitment, Selection and Placement of Staff (except management)
• Payroll Administration
• HR Records and Administration
• Employee relations, Organizational Development and Training
Qualifications and Experience
• A National Diploma Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification from a
recognised institution (NQF Level 6)
• Three (3) years’ relevant experience in a HR environment
Other Competencies
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Report Writing Skills
• Organising Skills
• Computer literacy skills
Other Requirement
• Driver’s License will be an added advantage
