We are looking for a skilled HR professional who can contribute to our success by leading the HR function and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As the Human Resources Manager at KFC. you will be part of the Leadership Team of the business and will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our workforce, ensuring that our employees are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company’s goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for people and a proven track record in human resources management.

Requirements & Qualifications:
■ B degree or tertiary qualification in HR. Master’s degree in human resources advantageous.
■ Minimum 8 years Human Resource Management experience.
■ Experience in retail/FMCG. service and/ or multi-outlet industry highly regarded.
■ 5 years management level experience.
■ Driver’s license. Owning a car will be advantageous.
