Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Human Resource; or Equivalent Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience in Human Resource.

• 2 years or more extensive experience in Human Resource Field with emphasis on employment. employee relations. benefits or compensation:

•  Fluency in English. written and oral. Afrikaans will be advantageous;
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate on all levels.

• Must be able to advise management accordingly relative to HR concerns.

• Must have knowledge of the D-Bit payroll system.
• Determines appropriate salary when negotiating with potential new hires according to company scale.

• Endeavors to resolve HR-related problems as appropriate.
• Able to assist in orienting. training. assigning and reviewing work of others.
• Be able to provide knowledge in recruitment. employee relations and compensation benefits.
