KEY DUTIES

Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand our HR services across industries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.

Deliver strategic HR consulting in areas such as recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, and organisational development.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall company goals.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality, innovative service delivery.

Manage end-to-end HR processes for clients; from consultation and implementation to follow-up support.

Identify training needs for clients, coordinate programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance employee capability.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Work with leadership to identify talent gaps and support succession planning.

Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional HR certifications are an advantage but not essential.

2-4 years of experience in HR consulting or generalist HR roles.

Experience working directly with clients or managing multiple stakeholders preferred.

Strong knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and other HR software.

A valid driver’s license is required as the role may involve travel to client sites.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
