Capricorn Group is a Namibian-owned regional financial services group listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange. Our two banking subsidiaries operate in Namibia and Botswana, with other subsidiaries and associates offering complementary financial products and services in the two countries.

Capricorn Group is seeking to appoint a Group Chief Executive Officer who will be primarily accountable for realising the strategic execution, sustainable performance, and effective governance of Capricorn Group.

The ideal candidate would have an appropriate post-graduate qualification, chartered accountant, LLB or advanced degree, or an MBA with relevant electives and fifteen (15) or more years’ experience in executive management. A proven successful track record of driving sustainable growth and substantial senior leadership exposure in a relevant industry, of which five years’ experience in an executive management position, interacting at board level, is required. Experience in the financial services industry, preferably banking, will be an advantage.
