Key Responsibilities
- Enhance Sales and Opportunities in each Department to drive targets in all aspects.
- Manage Trading GP’s.
- Manage Recipes to determine actual GP’s.
- Ordering of Stock in each Department.
- Planning Promo lines on a weekly basis.
- Determine range to accommodate market needs.
- Stock rotation.
- Monitor Stock and Place Order.
- Monitor product displays and merchandising standards.
- Monitor Housekeeping Standards and ensure that High Standards are always maintained.
- Maximize the Departments Sales participation.
- Monitor Customer Service Quality on an ongoing basis and develop corrective actions.
- Handle Customer Complaints and Enquiries.
- Minimize Shrinkage and Waste.
- Manage Staff to ensure Productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in a Service/Fresh Department Supervisor Position.
- Experience in the FMCG Environment.
- Excellent Communications Skills (Written and Spoken).
- Strong Administrative and Numerical Skills.
- Computer Literate.
