FINANCIAL MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) – Nakara 10 views

Key Responsibilities

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Cost control, product costing and margin analysis
• Financial reporting, compliance and audit coordination
• Oversight of inventory, working capital and procurement
• Risk management and internal controls
• CAPEX planning and asset management
• ESG reporting and payroll oversight
• Team leadership and cross-departmental coordination
• The role will also involve supporting broader operational functions, with additional duties and responsibilities assigned as required to support business objectives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years’ financial management experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, budgeting and risk management
• ERP system experience (Omni advantageous) and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of import/export processes and foreign currency transactions beneficial
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong adaptability with the ability to support both financial and broader operational functions as required

Salary

Market-related, commensurate with experience
