PostFin Department: FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Location: Windhoek

Primary purpose of position:
To develop, manage and optimize the financial accounting system and capacity as it relates to all processing of income and creditors, reconciling of accounts and the management of receipts and payments.

Key Performance areas:
• Financial Accounting and Management System (including Policies, Processes and Procedures).
• Financial Accounting Services Ensure the timeous preparation and processing of financial information.
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as assigned.

Educational and experience requirements:
• Accounting and/or Banking related qualifications would be required.
• A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance or similar. Added Advantage: If Articles completed would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience at supervisory level in the financial services industry, specifically in the area of Accounting
and Finance.
• 5 years in a professional accounting/finance function will be added advantage
• Speecific accounting/financial work experience in the banking or micro-finance would be an advantage.
• Computer literacy with experience in all Microsoft products.
