SOLID DESERT CASH LOAN EXPRESS CC is seeking a meticulous and driven Finance Assistant to join our team in Oranjemund. Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions
- Assist with loan disbursements and repayment tracking
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and system records
- Manage petty cash and supplier payments
- Monitor cash flow and prepare reports
- Maintain client accounts and data accuracy
- Support arrears tracking and reporting
- Conduct client contact tracing and follow-ups
- Assist with bad debt tracing and recovery
- Assist with audits and compliance
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Must have own accommodation in Oranjemund (no company accommodation provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
