Key Responsibilities

• To ensure financial and insurance contribution is made correctly with regards to the sales and marketing function in the dealership.
• To ensure adequate knowledge and skill of the sales process.
• To ensure work standards and performance are adhered to.
• To ensure all documentation, quotes etc, are managed effectively.
• To ensure the clerical operations within the function are completed accurately and properly.
• To establish and maintain an effective process of documentation and control.
• To complete all internal weekly/monthly reports or returns promptly.
• To maintain daily/hourly contact with Sales Manager.
• To ensure any market changes are immediately communicated to Sales Manager.
• To maintain effective contacts within finance and insurance companies i.e. debis.
• To maintain effective relationships with manufacturers’ representatives i.e. VW SA.
• To deal with customer queries/complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• To maintain a flexible and supportive relationship with Sales Executives.
• To contribute to dealership marketing plan by contributing input covering total F&I services.
• To provide an input to all specific events.

Requirements

• Namibian citizen.
• Courses applicable to F&I preferable.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer orientated.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is preferable.
• Ability to take initiative in assisting customers.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Finance and Insurance administration
• The successful candidates must prove at least 5 years’ experience.
• It will be further expected from the successful candidates to promote our products and to increase the market share.
