Key Responsibilities
- Process adhoc payments and bank statement receipts daily.
- Maintaining and updating debtor accounts.
- Collecting outstanding customer accounts and handling all queries.
- Prepare age analysis reports of outstanding debtors.
- Prepare creditor recons and ensuring payments are made within terms.
- Receiving and verifying supplier invoices.
- Filing.
- Cashier and switchboard duties.
- Render efficient, friendly and polite customer service
Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge and experience with the V10 system will be an added advantage.
