ENGINEER: CONTRACT MANAGEMENT – City of Windhoek

Department : Infrastructure, Water & Technical Services

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Management contracts and projects and give advice on contractual matters.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Manage contracts.

Manage projects.

Evaluate tenders.

Give contractual advice to other divisions.

Control internal administrative processes.

Supervise Human Resources.

Qualification requirements:

BSc (Civil Engineering); B Eng. (Civil Engineering); B Tech (Civil Engineering) or as required by the Engineering Council of Namibia for the registration of Incorporated or Professional Engineer.

Experience:

A minimum of three (3) year job related experience after registration as Incorporated Engineer/Professional Engineer.

Registration Status:

Registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia as Incorporated of Professional Engineer.

Legal requirements:

A valid code B/BE drivers license.
