EMBROIDERY SPECIALIST X2 – agra 21 views

Key Responsibilities

• Operating embroidery machines to produce logos, names and custom designs on garments
• Prepare garments and materials for embroidery, including selecting appropriate threads and stabilizers
• Ensure correct placement, alignment and quality of embroidered designs
• Assist customers with embroidery requests and provide guidance on design options and placement
• Manage embroidery orders and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery to customers
• Maintain embroidery machines and ensure the embroidery area remains clean and organised
• Support general retail duties when required

Requirements

• Namibian citizenship
• Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (Old Curriculum)
• 2 years experience operating embroidery machines/working with garment personalisation
• Customer service experience in a retail environment will be advantageous
• Basic computer literacy (for loading or adjusting embroidery designs if required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
