- 5X TRIPLE EXCELLENT DIAMOND POLISHING INSTRUCTORS AND PLANNERS
- 10 years experience as Triple Excellent Diamond Polisher or Operator
- 3 years experience as a 3EX Diamond Polishing and Repair Instructor
- Sarine, Galahad and Helium Software
- Knowledge in planning and all manufacturing stages 3EX diamonds
- English and Gujarat Exceptional
- 4X LASER SAWING INSTRUCTORS/ CUTTERS
- 10 years’ experience in Laser Sawing (Galaxy and Quazer-3)
- Knowledge in planning and all manufacturing stages 3EX diamonds
- English and Gujarat Exceptional
- DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience in the diamond industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing business strategies, overseeing company operations, supervising managers and executives, conducting site evaluations, and assessing and purchasing rough diamonds.
- Proven experience in state-of-the-art diamond processing equipment analyze and financing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full diamond manufacturing process and specialised production equipment.
- Proven professional experience in preparing diamond manufacturing operations, documentation, systems and personnel for De Beers audits and compliance inspections.
- Additional requirement: Certificate of Good Conduct
